Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Horsenation online store.
Article 3 – Prices
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
Article 4 – Orders & Payment
An order becomes binding once you receive your order confirmation by email.
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including iDEAL, major credit cards, and any additional payment options displayed during checkout.
Article 5 – Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Our estimated delivery time is within 3 business days. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take a little longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.
Article 6 – Returns

In short, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Article 7 – Complaints
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at customerservice@ourhorsenation.com.
We'll do our best to resolve your issue and aim to respond within 5 business days.
Article 8 – Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Artikel 1 – Wie zijn wij? Horsenation is een online winkel voor kleding en accessoires voor paardenliefhebbers. Denk aan rijbroeken, caps, zadeldekjes en sweaters. Alles wat jij en je paard nodig hebben.

Artikel 2 – Toepasselijkheid Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen die via horsenation.nl worden geplaatst.
Artikel 3 – Prijzen Alle prijzen op onze website zijn inclusief BTW. Verzendkosten worden apart vermeld bij het afrekenen.
Artikel 4 – Bestellen en betalen Een bestelling is definitief zodra je de bevestigingsmail hebt ontvangen. We accepteren de gangbare betaalmethoden zoals iDEAL, creditcard en andere opties die bij het afrekenen worden getoond.
Artikel 5 – Levering We doen ons best om je bestelling zo snel mogelijk te verzenden. De verwachte levertijd is binnen 3 werkdagen. Bij drukte of bijzondere omstandigheden kan dit iets langer duren; we houden je op de hoogte.
Artikel 6 – Retourneren Voor ons retourbeleid verwijzen we naar onze aparte retourpagina. Kort samengevat: je hebt 14 dagen bedenktijd na ontvangst van je bestelling.
Artikel 7 – Klachten Niet tevreden? Stuur ons een e-mail via info@ourhorsenation.com en we lossen het samen op. We reageren binnen 5 werkdagen.
Artikel 8 – Toepasselijk recht Op alle overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.
